Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Sticker Maker account and its data at any time. Pick whichever way is easiest:
Delete in the app (fastest)
- 1Open Sticker Maker and go to the Account tab
- 2Tap Account details
- 3Tap Delete account and confirm
Or request it by email
Enter the email address you used to create your account and we'll process the deletion for you. We reply within 1–2 business days.
Request account deletionWhat gets deleted
- Your profile — name, email and sign-in
- Your favorites, ratings and download history
- Stickers and packs you created and backed up
Your account and associated data are deleted within 30 days of the request. Some records may be kept longer only where the law requires it (e.g. purchase or tax records).
